The Director, FP&A, will be a key member of the corporate finance team, managing the strategic planning, budgeting and forecast process. The position reports to the Sr. Director of Finance

Provide financial and strategic support to senior management including financial presentations, financial modeling & driving process improvement.

Serve as a business partner supporting senior executives within revenue generating areas and assisting to operationalize & measure key strategic initiatives.

  • Overseeing FP&A for marketing, loyalty, global sales, communications, PR, Events and B2B Marketing.
  • Accounting experience utilizing the revenue model and the revenue recognition process.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Identify and analyze how changes in strategic and new initiatives will impact the financial performance of the company.
  • Prepare financial presentations to senior executives.
  • Drive an efficient, effective and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analyses that link to the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Oversee annual, quarterly and monthly financial reporting responsibilities.
  • Supervision of support team of 2 Senior Analysts ensuring they provide accurate financial support in the earnings process and continue to grow professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

10-12 years of relevant work experience

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Strong Leadership skills
