HAIL Partners are working with a leading, global Private Equity firm who are looking for an Office Manager for a 8 month FTC to join their New York office.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Administrative/Executive Assistants, as well as FoH staff - including performance reviews, appraisals, 121s, learning opportunities and any other duties
- Overseeing the office operations
- Headcount planning for team growth
- Recruitment, management, and induction process for new staff members
- Contribute to the wider admin function strategy and initiatives
- Responsible for budgets and coordinating local office events
- Working with the Global Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain office policies and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years people management experience within a Financial Services environment
- Experience leading on projects
- A deep understanding the EA model, hiring, performance reviewing, coaching, training.
- Office Management experience would be advantageous
- Proactive, dedicated and passionate about their role
- Empathetic and excellent work ethic
- Must have experience working in the financial services industry
This position is paying a base salary of $180,000 + completion bonus. The firm offers competitive benefits and hybrid working.
