Why We’re Hiring
We have continued to grow over the years and have grown several clients under one national chapter. We are looking for a full-time Social Media Account Manager who can manage these multiple accounts, which would include social media posting and monthly meetings with these clients virtually.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Social Media Account Manager, you will be managing approximately 5 to 6 financial executive chapters to start. You will be creating and scheduling social media posts, communicating, and gathering information through email throughout the month with the different chapters, and holding monthly meetings.
As the Social Media Account Manager You’ll
- Act as the main point of contact for approximately 5 - 6 chapters
- Prepare for and run monthly meetings with clients
- Communicate regularly with clients, answering questions, resolving issues, assure continuing progress on projects
- Manage these chapters’ social media channels
- Create content and graphics for social media posts
- Schedule social media posts throughout the week for chapters
- Compile thorough social media reports and monitor any relevant analytics
- Provide regular updates and reports to supervisor
- Assist in developing recommendations for strategies when needed
- Collaborate with team and participate in regular team meetings
- Be available for other digital marketing related projects when needed
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media
Who We’re Looking for
Frontier Marketing is looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in account management and social media
- High-level customer service
- High-level of organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading with high detail to grammar and spelling
- Excellent ability to create clear, engaging social media graphics using Canva
- Excellent ability to work on similar projects and not make mistakes
- Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
- Energetic and excited about creating quality social posts
- Knowledge and experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
- Understanding the principles of marketing
- Ability to self-manage and work effectively on a remote team
- Positive, supportive team member
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- High-speed internet
- Professional references
