Position Role:

As Cloudbusters IT Managed Services Director, you will be instrumental in leading and overseeing our IT Managed Services operations. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and driving business growth. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of IT managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the IT Managed Services team, ensuring high performance and motivation.

· Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our managed services offerings.

· Oversee the delivery of IT managed services to ensure compliance with client SLAs and quality standards.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.

· Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts and client acquisition.

· Manage the financial performance of the managed services division, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

· Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.

· Ensure adherence to ITIL, project management, and service delivery processes.

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Or military equivalent.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in IT Managed Services, Engineering, or a technical engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of project & client management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Any related certifications CompTIA+ (any), CISSP, CCNA, etc.
