Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale our marketing operations infrastructure in a high-growth environment. As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in optimizing our marketing technology stack, designing efficient marketing workflows, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all initiatives. This highly visible role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and internal teams to drive marketing performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Optimization: Build, manage, and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other tools, enabling seamless lead flow and supporting rapid go-to-market growth.
  • Marketing Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute a marketing operations vision and strategy, establishing timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Process Design: Develop and maintain efficient marketing processes and workflows to enhance consistency, alignment, and productivity.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Establish robust frameworks for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI, creating insights to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead Management: Collaborate with sales operations to align lead management processes and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.
  • Marketing Automation: Lead efforts in automation by managing email campaigns, lead scoring, and nurturing programs in collaboration with the Marketing and Partner teams.
  • Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies and drive continuous improvement for campaign performance and marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Attribution: Manage tracking and attribution to provide visibility into marketing impact and optimize investments.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing operations processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations, preferably in a cybersecurity or technical SaaS environment.
  • Proven success building marketing operations functions from the ground up, with a preference for startup experience.
  • Technology Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics/data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sigma).
  • Analytical Skills: Experience building marketing attribution models, reporting frameworks, and analyzing campaign performance to measure ROI.
  • Data Compliance: Knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations impacting marketing operations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment on operational goals.
