We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to become an integral part of their high-energy finance team. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial operations while working alongside a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of the company’s financial operations and transaction flows
• Prepare and review journal entries for financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, providing insightful analysis
• Ensure proper accounting classifications and maintain meticulous attention to detail
• Summarize, analyze, and present financial reports in a clear, impactful manner
• Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards
• Approach projects with creativity and problem-solving, ensuring innovative solutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and sophistication of accounting functions

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and adapt
