The Regional Sales Manager will own all business initiatives in the Southeastern USA and Mexico. This includes, but is not limited to lead generation, distributor management, customer engagement, sales training, allocations and new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing the market strategy
  • Driving growth with a focus on building brand in the right foodservice venues
  • Identifying and developing new strategic opportunities to manage available inventory
  • Managing monthly distributor allocations
  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of new product launches
  • Undertaking ongoing competitor, pricing, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Joint business planning management

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Strategic thinking & analytical skills
  • Strategic capability and strong analytical skills
  • A high level of commercial acumen and computer literacy
  • Degree in Business or related field desirable yet not essential
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and negotiating for a win-win outcome
  • Ability to travel up to 45% of the time
