Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Manager located in Doral, FL. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, utilizing logistics IT to optimize procedures, recruiting and coordinating logistics staff, and developing logistics goals and strategies. Additionally, the Logistics Manager will manage inventory, resolve any arising problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills to maintain and improve customer relationships
  • Experience in Inventory Management to track and manage stock levels
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management for overseeing the entire supply chain
  • Logistics Management skills to coordinate and optimize logistics operations
  • Procurement skills for sourcing and purchasing goods and services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Speaking Spanish ( Required)
