Part-Time Project Manager
Our Client, a Personal Lines Insurance Provider based in Florida is looking for an experience Project Manager to join their team. This is a very part-time, flexible position with the expectation to work 10-20 hours per week depending on fluctuating project needs
This is a fully remote role, however the candidate MUST live in Central or Eastern United States
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the accounting/finance team through managing projects outlined in strategic planning meeting
- Facilitating coordination and communication within the department
- Schedule and lead weekly status meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Design and implement metrics and dashboards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, monitor and report on project progress
- Coach, provide guidance and be a resource to team
Skill Set /Experience Requirements–
- 7+ years related project management experience
- Project management experience supporting corporate accounting/finance initiatives (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in change management (developing and implementing strategies to help employees adapt to change
- Insurance not required, but would be nice
- Client would like to see candidates with strong interpersonal skills, must be amicable, and not overly rigid
- Strong organizational skills, conceptual and problem-solving skills, written and oral communication skills; Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across multiple business units at all staff and management levels.
- Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Ability to commit to project until Dec 31, 2025.
Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is up to $80/hour.
