Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing and Strategy Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping our digital presence and marketing strategy. This role demands a combination of tactical digital marketing expertise and strategic acumen to foster growth in our direct consumer market base. Core responsibilities include:
- Digital Strategy Development: Create and deploy comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support revenue growth targets, focusing on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and use analytics tools to measure and improve our website's performance, aiming for top rankings in search results.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging, SEO-optimized content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media content, and video, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube and LinkedIn, to increase our follower base and engagement rates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, BrightLocal, or similar tools to track SEO performance, campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing efforts.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to create leads and convert them into customers, utilizing segmentation and personalization strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study. Prior experience in digital marketing, and multi-channel marketing for a field service business. Expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media management and email marketing. Experience with marketing analytics, performance evaluation and budgeting.
