What You Will Need

  • 7+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience leading maintenance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, PLC, and automation systems.
  • Experience with CMMS and maintenance scheduling.
  • Understanding of OSHA, GMPs, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Certifications in PLC programming, refrigeration (RETAs), or industrial maintenance.
