- Experience with CMMS and maintenance scheduling.
- Understanding of OSHA, GMPs, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in food production.
- Certifications in PLC programming, refrigeration (RETAs), or industrial maintenance.
- Experience leading capital projects and facility expansions.
- Background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
