Summary

Our growing, mid-sized pharmaceutical client has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a project manager responsible for managing daily progress within the Medical Affairs department. This consultant will support the Engagement and Insights Excellence (E&IE) team in Field Medical Affairs toward the implementation of plans and track progress and KPIs

Description

  • Supports the Medical Affairs Strategy team toward implementation of medical affairs plans and tracks progress and KPIs
  • Manage and track program progress as assigned on a continual basis, identifying, and tracking both cross-project and cross-functional risks and issues related to scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Manages project information for assigned projects and is responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with other functions fostering positive interactions and ultimately supporting the achieving desired project outcomes
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to drive process improvements and work cross-functionally to improve ways of working
  • Responsible for maintaining meeting minutes and action/decision logs for assigned projects
  • Facilitate the review plans and projects through governance committees and ensure appropriate follow-through to achieve approved program/project objectives

  • Develop a working knowledge of the business landscape of assigned programs

Qualifications/Experience:

  • BA/BS degree required - MBA preferred.
  • (PMP certification preferred)
  • 3+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Term & Start

  • 12-month contract, open to 12+ month extension
  • 2 Video Interviews - Start 2-3 weeks from an offer
