Salary Range: $85,000- $100,000 annual base, plus aggressive incentive structure

Essential Job Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned area to increase market presence and meet and exceed sales targets. Educate Wound Care Center clinicians and staff on the clinical benefits of addressing malnutrition and/or malabsorption to improve wound healing.
- Conduct sales calls and meetings in-person and virtually with physicians, nurses and Wound Care Centers to introduce and promote wound healing through counseling and parenteral nutrition. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and emerging trends in the Wound Care sector. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including Medical Nutrition Therapy, parenteral nutrition, and appropriate patient selection, to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to customers. Utilize basic knowledge of insurance and Pentec processes to assist customers in understanding clinical criteria to identify the most appropriate patients for our services and therapy as well as effectively communicating the ease of the referral process.
- Travel as needed within your designated area to meet customers, attend industry events, and participate in education training and in-services. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team. Actively manages the sales territory by partnering with the appropriate sales & support roles including clinical, pharmacy, marketing, and intake teams. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective customers to promote Pentec Health’s value proposition.
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field related to life sciences, healthcare, or business. Clinical certification or infusion healthcare and or wound care a plus.
- 3-5 years of successful parenteral nutrition, home infusion, or direct wound care clinical selling experience.
- Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management. Proven success with complex sales process. Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to create and develop new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
