  • Participate in 8-10 industry conferences or trade shows annually to secure new partnerships and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to develop design inputs for new projects and maintain customer interactions.
  • Create and communicate accurate forecasts as needed, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Track and assess key performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
  • Formulate and manage pricing strategies to maximize the value of products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and supply agreements, ensuring clear expectations and protecting organizational interests.
  • Contribute to annual and long-term business planning and develop market strategies aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
  • Effectively communicate business performance and updates across teams and divisions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of business development and sales experience in the CDMOs or drug delivery industry.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to leverage organizational strengths.
  • Strong skills in networking, relationship management, and sales.
  • Proven experience negotiating strategic partnerships and customer contracts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to define customer requirements and develop new products.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, including potential international travel.
