As the Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and coordinating marketing projects and collateral. This includes promotional campaigns, internal and external events, and other recurring and ad-hoc marketing projects. Your excellent attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that marketing jobs are documented and completed on time and on budget. Additionally, you will support sales enablement by maintaining sales support materials, coordinating new material creation, and assisting with sales training and tools.What you’ll do:Marketing Project Management:
  • Triage and assign incoming marketing requests using Jira.
  • Develop timelines and ensure timely, on-budget completion of marketing jobs.
  • Proactively remove barriers and communicate job status.
  • Participate in team meetings and plan internal events.
  • Assist with distribution lists, customer segmentation, and target audiences.
  • Plan and manage external events like trade shows and conferences.
  • Support video production and KLAS partnerships.
Sales Enablement:
  • Maintain and update sales support materials.
  • Identify gaps in sales tools and develop solutions.
  • Create and maintain sales training materials and programs.
  • Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and collateral.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Provide updates on new marketing initiatives and materials.
  • Organize and execute sales training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor and report on sales enablement initiatives.

The base salary range starts at $60,000 per year.
