Job Description

We are a commodity trading company seeking motivated interns to join our team for a dynamic, cross-functional internship program. This opportunity provides hands-on experience across key business areas, including Sales (Trade), Finance, Compliance, Logistics, Operations, and Retail.

Interns will gain exposure to real-world business functions, working on projects that involve data analysis, reporting, operational efficiencies, and supply chain insights. This program allows interns to explore different departments, helping them identify potential career paths. Successful interns may be considered for full-time placement based on performance, skills, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and business insights to support decision-making.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Support logistics and operations teams in tracking shipments, managing inventory, and improving workflows.
  • Contribute to finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Gain exposure to compliance requirements in commodity trading and regulatory practices.
  • Work on process automation and efficiency improvements where applicable.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization preferred).
  • Interest in commodity trading, logistics, supply chain, or financial operations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
