Felician University is presently seeking a highly motivated, detail focused, self-motivated, and goal-oriented financial services professional to serve as Assistant Director of Student Accounts. Reporting to the Director of Student Accounts, the Associate Director has oversight for directing the daily operations of the students accounts office, ensuring accurate billing, payment processing, and financial record keeping. S/he manages student account inquiries, coordinating financial aid disbursements and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations.

BS/BA degree; may be waived in lieu of four years of related experience.
Qualifications
Superior verbal and written communication skills; proven knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office Applications, specifically Excel and Access; strong organizational skills, detailed oriented; self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
proven comprehensive un derstanding of federal and state laws relating to consumer debt; ability and willingness to learn and abide by university policies and procedures; ability to train and monitor the daily activities of student employees; willingness and ability to work extended/flexible hours, especially during peak periods; willingness and ability to support and promoted the Felician Franciscan mission and core values of the University.
