  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for help desk support, firewall administration, network troubleshooting and application support as needed. This role is a direct placement reporting onsite to our client location in Hillside, IL.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of firewall administration, routing, and switching.
  • Experience with VPNs, LAN/WAN, and wireless networks.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and troubleshooting software issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to assist both technical and non-technical users.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
