This position is responsible for managing the operations of City Wide's build maintenance solutions (Janitorial and non-janitorial) it provides clients. The position will lead a team of Facility Solutions Managers (FSM's) and manage effective relationships with all assigned clients. This position is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and client growth. Must achieve annual business objectives, budget expectations, and is responsible for building and developing the team.

As the Director of Operations, you will be establishing and nurturing mutually profitable business relationships with existing clients in a highly productive sales-driven environment. You will work with existing clients, train and develop staff, implement company policies and procedures, and assist with performing inspections on all accounts on a scheduled basis to ensure work performed satisfies both company and client quality standards.
