The Role

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Campaign Director to lead our TikTok music campaigns. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about music marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set creative direction and generate targeted lists of social accounts for content creation
  • Develop and manage TikTok campaigns for artists and record labels across various genres
  • Bring in new business and manage deliverables with our current TikTok campaign team
  • Handle client communications with artists, labels, and social media account owners
  • Recruit and manage relationships with social media creators and artists
  • Craft compelling creative narratives for posts that organically fit within various music genres
  • Make necessary content edits to meet platform requirements
  • Lead and develop a growing team of campaign specialists

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record with 100+ completed social media campaigns in the music industry
  • Deep understanding of various music genres and their social media audiences
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, vocabulary, and hashtags
  • Proficiency with basic editing tools (e.g., InShot)
  • Experience with organizational software tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CreatorCore)
  • Excellent creative writing skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Team player who values a family-oriented work culture

Work Environment

  • Remote-friendly position with flexibility on work location
  • Primary working hours align with West Coast time (10AM - 6PM PST)
  • Campaign work may occasionally extend beyond standard hours
  • Fast-paced startup environment that rewards initiative and creativity

Compensation

  • Base salary of $5,000-$7,000 monthly (depending on experience)
  • Additional commission offered

Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Existing relationships with social media creators/accounts
  • Sales experience in the music industry
  • Portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns

Current Opportunity
