The Role:
As an Internal Recruiter, you are responsible for hiring all internal talent into Balance Staffing. You will need to be strategic, solutions orientated and agile in your day to day in order to thrive. Your goal is to bring top talent to our company whether that is in Production roles (Recruiters/Sales/Managers/Onsite) or Support roles (Finance, Marketing, Back Office).
Responsibilities:
- As the face of Balance Staffing, you will need to bring a positive, self-motivated and tenacious attitude to this role.
- You will partner with hiring managers and the Director of Delivery to carefully define recruitment needs for vacant positions, agreeing on an ideal candidate profile, must haves and level of experience required to be successful.
- You will actively recruit for all open internal positions including Recruiters, Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Branch Managers, Support and Back Office positions.
- Building strong relationships with passive top talent candidates will be crucial to your success. You will need to sustain a healthy, diverse pipeline across target territories.
- Keep up to date with market trends, salary insight, and overall talent supply and demand across existing and new markets, as required.
- Keep and continually update Talent Intelligence Trackers/Cards to build market knowledge nationwide.
- Prepare and present accurate, relevant hiring and retention trends for leadership.
- Utilize our internal ATS system for all tracking, activity and reporting.
- Work closely with our HR team to create offer letters, track onboarding progress and assist in some orientation sessions.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience working as an Internal Recruiter in an agency, Recruiment-2-Recruitment business or similar setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strategic vision, solutions orientated mindset and strong creativity.
- Strong passive talent sourcing skills through cold calling, Referral networks, Boolean search strings, Linkedin Recruiter & X-ray searching, and other traditional and non-traditional means.
- Ability to use sound judgement in hiring practices
Physical Demands/Requirements:
This role is office-based, requiring standard office equipment operation and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable with regular office mobility and possess the ability to adjust to different physical tasks as needed.
