We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. Reporting to the finance leadership group, this role ensures accurate and efficient financial operations for our dynamic, market-disrupting business in the construction industry. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with the parent company finance team

Job Description
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. Reporting to the finance leadership group, this role ensures accurate and efficient financial operations for our dynamic, market-disrupting business in the construction industry. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with the parent company finance team
Responsibilities
Invoices and Expenses Management:
- Perform accurate data entry and accounts accounting reconciliations
- Manage accounting related discrepancies, with a focus on accounts payable and resolving discrepancies as needed
- Maintaining spreadsheets for financial records tracking
- Process accounting invoices and customer payments
- Generate and review sales order reports
- Prepare monthly and weekly management reports
- Run and distribute various aging reports weekly
- Assist in financial operations using Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve financial objectives
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or coursework in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in invoice processing in a team environment

- Compensation – Salary based on qualifications along with performance bonus.
