Job Summary:
The Sales and Order Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer support. This role acts as a key liaison between sales representatives and internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely communication, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management & Customer Support
Process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Communicate order status, lead times, and any potential delays internally
Address sales representative inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and escalate when necessary.
Sales Support & Administration
Assist the sales team with quotations, contract review, and customer documentation.
Maintain customer records and update systems (SAP) with accurate order and contact information.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Support pricing analysis and customer account management.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze order trends and sales performance
Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency, to automate reports and tasks
Generate reports on key sales and operational metrics for management review.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
