Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and organize KPI data from various sources to track performance metrics.
    • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement or strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare and maintain dashboards for regular review by the Executive Director.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Present findings and insights to the Executive Director and additional organization team members.
    • Engage in discussions with team to understand challenges, share data insights, and gather feedback.
    • Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support organizational goals.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Utilize Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams) for data management, analysis, and reporting.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings using Teams and in-person platforms to support the Executive Director’s initiatives.
  • Meeting Support and Coordination:
    • Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for strategic discussions.
    • Document and follow up on action items resulting from meetings.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams).
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with hospital providers and executives.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare KPIs and data reporting standards.
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
  • Previous experience working in a hospitalist program or healthcare setting.

Work Environment

This position requires flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Occasional travel between facilities may be necessary.
