Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise initiative involving multiple vendors and interconnected projects. This role is responsible for managing complex program schedules, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience managing enterprise-scale programs, and the ability to drive accountability and resolve technical roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities

Master Program Scheduling: Develop and maintain a master program schedule by consolidating multiple project timelines. Identify interdependencies and proactively mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.

Vendor Oversight & Accountability: Partner with both internal teams and external vendors to monitor progress, enforce accountability, and escalate issues using data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate vendor delays to determine if issues are due to unclear requirements or competency gaps. Work with teams to implement corrective actions and optimize program execution.

Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams.

Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks early, developing mitigation strategies to keep the program on track.

Customer Loyalty Program Expertise (Preferred): Experience in managing technology programs related to customer engagement, loyalty, or rewards systems is highly desirable.

Strategic Vision & Execution: Balance high-level program strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring program success while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on enterprise-scale technology programs.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes and enterprise system integrations.

Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing program roadmaps, tracking milestones, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Vendor Management: Strong ability to assess vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Leadership & Communication: Ability to navigate challenging conversations, present data-driven insights, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Experience: Prior work in customer loyalty, rewards systems, or customer engagement platforms.

Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant program management certifications.
