Clinical Programming Associate
Location: Remote with Monthly Travel (Minimum Once per Month)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Who We Are:
Jaan Health is a software company focused on leveraging accessible technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive better patient healthcare outcomes while addressing the increasing cost and profitability challenges facing the healthcare industry. Our SaaS platform, Phamily, provides healthcare systems and physicians with an AI-powered virtual care platform that enables them to efficiently and quickly manage their patients' chronic conditions and general healthcare needs between office visits while increasing their reimbursement and financial sustainability in the process. Phamily helps transform healthcare from reactive, episodic treatment to proactive care management. We have helped tens of thousands of patients since our founding. We need your help to serve even more patients and revolutionize healthcare delivery!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. This role blends clinical expertise, healthcare administration, and account management to support and grow our healthcare technology and chronic care management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, healthcare operations, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations, along with experience managing client accounts and programs in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What We Are Looking For:
At Jaan Health, we value high-performance teams, and we want to work with people that embody our foundational competencies:
- Curiosity (intellectual, emotional and social) and a drive to learn and grow in a fast- paced, entrepreneurial environment — We believe that rethinking the status quo – including within yourself and your development – is imperative and that great ideas can and should come from everyone and be about everyone/everything. You are a creative problem solver and use all available resources when tackling any issue or obstacle.
- Collaboration — Every interaction, whether with a client or a colleague, should be impactful and respectful and, ideally, leave that colleague excited for the next time you work together.
- Execution-oriented with an ownership mentality — You do what you say you will do and do what needs to be done, taking full responsibility for the success of your work. You have the courage and creativity to be thoughtfully disruptive and try new things, but you will also admit when something isn’t working, own it, re-think your approach, and improve.
Because we are a fast-growing, early-stage company with a bold mission and a lot of work to do, every employee of Jaan Health must have growth company DNA, which requires either success working in a fast- paced VC/PE-backed early-stage company with high expectations or the underlying qualities that create that success: fast-pace, high-motor, comfort with ambiguity and resilience in all of its forms, as well as a growth mindset. Things change quickly and frequently here, so we need someone who is at the top of their game and can shift gears, alter direction, and keep going at pace. You must be a playbook writer and executor, able to make plans that meet the current moment, contemplate the future, and then implement them. No matter your job level, you will own your work from beginning to end, take feedback well, prioritize what matters, never rest on your laurels, stay positive and resilient, and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Client Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for care managers and program owners s, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing success of care management programs.
