This Opportunity is hybrid in Columbus, OH only.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
  • Provide technical assistance for hardware/software issues and troubleshoot system-related problems.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical tools for systems development and support.
  • Maintain working knowledge of various applications (e.g., mainframe, SAS), their processing, and programming languages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly those relevant to a tier one bank.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and training and/or mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Serve as a technical project leader for specific projects and BAU activities.
  • Maintain CMBD entries for applications.
  • Manage the team on-call schedule and updates in ServiceNow.
  • Attend mandatory daily/weekly meetings for system outages and incident management.
  • Possess knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
  • Understand Privileged Access Management, user access, and entitlements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of related experience (an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree).
  • Experience with Linux, AIX servers, Red Hat, and Oracle databases.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement for both individual and team processes/procedures.
  • Strong team player with a "do the right thing" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a multi-platform environment.
  • Ability to balance development and lead technical roles.
  • Experience in projects involving business segments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to work well with IT, vendor, and business groups.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
