We seek a Director of Sales, East Coast with a proven track record of selling to top-tier advertisers and clients. This individual will focus on acquiring blue-chip clients and bring valuable market insights to shape XSET’s long-term sales strategy.
Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated, top-talent professional with a passion for gaming and gaming culture to conceive, establish, and lead the West Coast sales effort for XSET. This person will play a critical role in shaping a more robust and cohesive go-to-market strategy, developing and leading our go-to-market execution, deepening and expanding on our current relationships, developing new business, and driving our revenue growth.
This role requires a sales professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to collaborate, be proactive, and deliver results in a sustainable, brand-enhancing manner. This role will involve collaborating across the XSET internal teams and interacting with talent, talent agents, and distribution platforms. The role requires a fair amount of travel, as this is a primarily remote role, and will require in-person client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals for XSET
- Contribute to the design of go-to-market strategy & process.
- Aid in the evaluation of current pricing models and recommend future pricing models, on-sale cadence, and experiential add-on opportunities both pre-event and onsite
- Lead all post-campaign follow up to ensure renewal partnerships
- Work with third party attribution partners and platform distributors to identify ways to maximize sales opportunities utilizing historical data from former campaigns and talent's assets.
- Recruit and interview to maintain a constant pipeline of quality sales team candidates in anticipation of team build out in 2025 and beyond
