Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Salesforce Manager:

  • Partner closely with the Delivery Manager to prioritize requests, maintain process/tech documentation, manage team capacity, and perform code/configuration review.
  • Implement and customize Managed Package solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a technical Salesforce team.
  • Handle Salesforce Administration duties secondarily.

Required Skills for Salesforce Manager:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development.
  • 1+ years of experience in Management leading Technical Salesforce teams.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience working with complex flows and code solutions in Apex and LWC.
  • Ability to read and understand code.
