Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Salesforce Manager:
- Partner closely with the Delivery Manager to prioritize requests, maintain process/tech documentation, manage team capacity, and perform code/configuration review.
- Implement and customize Managed Package solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a technical Salesforce team.
- Handle Salesforce Administration duties secondarily.
Required Skills for Salesforce Manager:
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development.
- 1+ years of experience in Management leading Technical Salesforce teams.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Experience working with complex flows and code solutions in Apex and LWC.
- Ability to read and understand code.
