Title: Data Collection Researcher
Pay: $25/hour
Location: ONSITE in Bellevue, WA 98004
Duration: 3 month contract
Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated data collection specialist to work with our growing data collection team. The candidate will work with physical measurement tools such as calipers and tape measures , weight scales, and imaging systems to measure and categorize discrete object dimensions and characterize them electronically.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with engineers on technical programs. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the understanding of how to use consumer electronics for obtaining measurements, weight and dimensions, the capacity to work quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical as the candidate will help develop improved data collection processes and systems for the team.

- Work closely with engineering and research groups to improve software usability and the participant experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience with data collection, collecting scientific and engineering data, and processing the results
- Experience with cameras and sensing devices
- End-to-end, hands-on experience with all aspects of physical data acquisition and collection (recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
