Job Title: Project Manager – Credit Card Systems & Integration
Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid)
Duration /Term: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

This role requires a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record of success in leading and delivering complex projects. You will be responsible for leading and collaborating on large-scale initiatives, from concept to launch, while also contributing to broader organizational goals. This position demands strong leadership, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to navigate complex projects within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and establish project objectives, including developing project plans, timelines, and testing strategies.
• Oversee testing and validation processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage project risks, resources, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Guide and direct internal and external stakeholders involved in project execution.
• Provide regular project status reports, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Contribute to system design, oversee system testing, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Drive innovation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers.
• Collaborate with business functions to identify and resolve production issues.
• Participate in on-call support for production issue resolution as needed.

Qualifications:

• University degree or college diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex projects from concept to launch.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience integrating vendors to build IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
