- Develop research strategies that will not only answer known questions but may reveal previously unidentified factors that should be considered.
- Design and conduct generative and evaluative research.
- Collect, store, and steward qualitative and quantitative data.
- Communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
- Adapt and flex to dynamic project needs and priorities.
- Scope problems and objectives that may not be clear to stakeholders and project teams.
- Advocate and evangelize to teams who are not yet familiar with UX design and research.
- Experience leading substantial qualitative and mixed methods research projects.
- Understanding of, and interest in, various UX research methodologies including user interviews, work shadows, focus groups, usability tests and more.
- Have work samples which demonstrates candidates research process and methods as well as candidates ability to clearly convey candidates findings.
