As the Sr. Program Manager, Sales Business Operations, you will lead the facilitation of multiple workstreams related to daily operations, workforce and expense management, and sales performance and recognition programs. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support a wide variety of departmental initiatives of local, regional, and national scale. You will be responsible for building and maintaining reporting on several ongoing initiatives, from the analysis of raw data to the development of executive-level presentations.

The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations as we develop new initiatives to support an evolving business in a strategic and hands on capacity. You will have the ability to work independently and at times with little direction while analyzing complex problems, providing recommendations for go-forward strategies, and supporting their implementation. The Role

Facilitate monthly sales commission processing, reviewing salesperson performance, compiling payouts, facilitating approvals and submission to Payroll.

Manage ongoing Sales Performance Management programs in partnership with Studio and Regional Leadership and HR.

  • Develop and facilitate sales performance recognition programs including both long and short-term contests and awards, ensuring programs are well-documented with high engagement.
  • Run analysis on workforce efficiency, monitoring overtime and assisting with headcount planning activities
  • Analyze monthly expense reporting for departmental leadership.
  • Project manage and execute other departmental programs and initiatives as assigned
  • Proactively develop standards, processes, and best practices for the ongoing maintenance of your programs
  • Assist with departmental priorities and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, or other relevant field
  • 5+ years experience in a sales related function
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel; advanced user experience in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Experience implementing programs for large field operations
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization—from frontline teams to executive leadership, and synthesize detailed information into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience leading projects with numerous cross-functional stakeholders; formal project management qualifications preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment with tolerance for ambiguity.
  • High-level of ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and an ability to create structure in an ever-changing environment.
  • Exceptional written skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$110,000 - $130,000 USD
