- Drive weekly sales touchpoints to track progress, refine strategies and stay on course to exceed sales targets

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs

- Collaborating with our team to match top talent with the right opportunities

- Diving deep into staffing data and market trends to become a trusted advisor to clients

- Working closely with senior management to achieve branch-level growth goals

Sales or customer-facing experience (staffing industry experience is preferred but not required).
