Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team in shaping the future of robotics! In this role, you will be responsible for managing large, complex programs from start to finish, including:

• Scoping & Delivering: Collecting business and system requirements, writing specifications, and driving project schedules from design to release.
• Collaboration: Leading and coordinating efforts across internal and external teams to develop optimal solutions.
• Problem Solving: Balancing technical constraints with business needs and optimizing time-to-market.
• End-to-End Execution: Breaking down large projects, creating integrated plans, and ensuring timely delivery.

What We re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer or technical lead.
• A degree in Engineering (undergraduate or graduate).
• Knowledge of Robotics and AI/ML software development (a plus!).
• Strong program management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive projects in an ambiguous environment.
