Overview:
We are seeking a Healthcare Director of Support Services who will support our client. The Healthcare Director of Support Services is responsible for overseeing the personal assistant services we provide to clients. This role involves managing a team that helps clients hire, manage, and pay for personal assistants who support them in daily living activities. The Director ensures that services are delivered efficiently, meet regulatory standards, and provide the highest level of satisfaction to clients.
Duties:
Lead and manage the Personal Assistant Support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Oversee the matching of clients with personal assistants, ensuring a good fit for their needs.
Ensure that all services comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline services and enhance client satisfaction.
Provide training and support to staff and personal assistants to ensure they are prepared to meet client needs.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns quickly.
Track and report on program performance, including client satisfaction and service delivery metrics.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in personal assistant, home care, or related services.
5+ years of healthcare experience and leadership experience.
3+ years in a leadership or management role.
Knowledge of relevant compliance standards, including Medicaid and healthcare regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
