We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Functional Area Expert I to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business, functional, and technical disciplines and have a strong background in conducting research on specialized areas. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct research on specialized areas and develop comprehensive reports.

Analyze business, functional, and technical needs to propose new solutions to existing problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions.

Provide expert advice and guidance in functional expertise areas to support organizational goals.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Document and communicate research findings and recommendations effectively.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive research.

Proven track record of proposing and implementing innovative solutions.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Desired Skills:

Experience in federal contracts and assistance.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.

Background in digital transformation and data governance.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a related scientific, or technical discipline.

5 years of relevant experience.
