Job Summary:

The Change Management/Requirements/Business Analyst will lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including estimation, development, testing, and project management. The analyst will also play a key role in designing reports, identifying data sources, and ensuring proper analysis methods.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead technical planning and requirements gathering activities.
• Participate in team design meetings, daily scrums, and other development meetings.
• Utilize Agile/Lean/SAFe principles in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Direct efforts for customer requirement collection and domain issue resolution.
• Guide the team in developing reports and improving data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in the development of procedures, manuals, and materials to support systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field.
• Experience in Agile projects as a business analyst and/or product owner using Agile/Lean/SAFe principles.
• Strong Experience in requirement gathering, data analysis, and troubleshooting information system requirements.
