Workfront Fusion Implementation Consultant
Duration & Type: 6+ months (Possible extension for longer duration)
Location: Remote (Client is in Eastern time zone, so person in Eastern or Central time zone is preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams, management, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Workfront configurations and solutions.
- Design and develop reporting dashboards, metrics, and analytics within Workfront to provide meaningful insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Create and customize project templates, user layouts, and custom forms to align with project-specific requirements and enhance user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and usability of Workfront configurations.
- Provide training and support to end users on Workfront functionality, best practices, and system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to integrate Workfront with other business systems and applications as needed.
- Leverage Workfront knowledge to propose and implement system updates and enhancements.
Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Workfront Implementation Consultant or a similar role, with expertise in Workfront Fusion.
- In-depth knowledge of Workfront functionalities, configuration options, and system administration.
- Strong proficiency in designing and developing reporting dashboards, metrics, and analytics within Workfront.
- Extensive experience in building project templates, user layouts, and custom forms to meet specific project requirements.
- Certifications in Workfront administration or related areas are a plus.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, management, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadline
