• We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with expertise in Zuora implementation to lead and manage end-to-end subscription billing system projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS billing platforms, technical project management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• This role requires hands-on experience in managing Zuora integrations, overseeing system migrations, and driving process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Payments systems, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Product, and Engineering to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, API integrations, and process automation to optimize billing operations.
• Drive system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support to ensure system stability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, compliance, and best practices for Zuora implementations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate critical issues, and provide solutions to ensure project success.
• Develop project documentation, reports, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on Zuora functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management with a focus on SaaS platforms and billing systems.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Payment modules.
• Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycle management, revenue recognition, and billing workflows.

• Experience with API integrations, data migration, and system automation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of financial systems, ERP integrations, and accounting principles.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in Zuora CPQ, Salesforce, NetSuite, or other financial systems is a plus.
