Position Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage inventory of our products and materials. The ideal candidate is energetic with a positive attitude and detail oriented to support our manufacturing plant.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear, stand, walk and/or balance, use hands and fingers to type, handle, feel, grasp, push, and pull. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The individual is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, and repetitive motion, The individual is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Position Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage inventory of our products and materials. The ideal candidate is energetic with a positive attitude and detail oriented to support our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory and non-inventory items in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Update inventory records in the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and manage stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory.
- Manage & maintain department metrics
- Evaluate inventory discrepancies and propose corrective action plans to minimize re-occurrence
- Perform other assigned duties by department manager or lead
- 2 years’ experience as inventory specialist is required
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
- Ability to perform data analysis and identify trends
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [25] lbs).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suit (Excel, Word) - required
- Excellent organizational skills – required
- Lean Sigma Training - preferred
- Familiarity with PowerBI – preferred
