- Performance management for your assigned accounts
- Analyze business processes and requirements
- Use data-based discoveries to drive sales activities
- Create, communicate and monitor promotions and initiatives
- Daily utilization of Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Prepare & update weekly & monthly reports, scorecards, analyze sales data and trends
- Identify development needs to address for improved sales and KPI's
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on analysis progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall capabilities.
- Overseeing salesOps processes. Reduce friction in the sales process. Support Agents, SalesTeam, and Sales reps
- Overseeing the onboarding process
- Adapt to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Understand data trends
- Ability to create and pull reports
- Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
