Executive Assistant
Our client, a global leader in the EPC industry, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Houston, TX. This is a Contract role expected to last at least 12 mo.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Specialist IV, to help support a Project Client
Functional job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Typical duties include skilled and confidential administrative responsibilities, receptionist, and project-based work.
Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering but are mainly administrative in nature.
Under limited supervision, works within a specialized function to complete tasks in accordance with procedure.
Possesses considerable autonomy in completing projects for immediate supervisor.
Assignments generally include such types of work as preparing reports and maintaining records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources.
Manage, organize, and provide logistical support for meetings and events within schedule and budget.
Prepare and maintain logs for purchase requests, voucher expenditures, travel request, Visa and expense reports.
Tme-management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be proficient with all Microsoft products, with emphasis on Excel
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Requires ability to perform numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
Applies common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions.
Required ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
skills acquired for this job are typically acquired through a high school diploma and 8+ years of experience.
Preferred experience in:
Oil & Gas industry
International travel/Visa arrangement
