Brand Manager
Our client is a leading candy brand looking for a Brand Manager to join their team!
Role & Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Manager will play a key role in driving growth and success through:
- Leading and executing annual business plans to optimize resource allocation and efficiency
- Contributing to the development of brand vision and strategy
- Managing key agency relationships and overseeing integrated marketing strategies, including media planning, PR, influencer, and social media campaigns
- Assisting in achieving revenue and profit targets for the assigned product lines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully bring new products to market
- Partnering with both internal and external teams to design and implement customer-focused marketing programs
- Monitoring and evaluating business performance, including sales data, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement

• Effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Excellent communication skills for aligning teams, agencies, and senior leadership

• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative market research
Education & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in brand management within CPG
• Experience in the confectionery or snack food industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred
