We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team. This role is pivotal in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls while supporting strategic business growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position offers an exciting opportunity to step into a future Controller track role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Month-End Close: Generate and post journal entries, manage reconciliations, and oversee financial reporting.
Supervise Accounting Functions: Oversee AP, billing, and tax compliance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Financial Compliance & Audit Support: Manage annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Process Improvement: Enhance back-office accounting processes, including ERP optimization.
Data Analysis & Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy through financial insights.

What We re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor s in Accounting or Business with CPA
Experience: 7+ years in accounting (public accounting/CPA firm experience a plus).
Technical Skills: GAAP expertise, ERP experience (Microsoft Navision preferred), Advanced Excel, Power BI & Jet reporting a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
