End User Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a proficient and dedicated End User Engineer to join our team. This role is multifaceted, encompassing application packaging, SCCM & Intune administration, and serving as a technical escalation point for other end user teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application packaging, with expertise in SCCM and Intune deployment and management, and troubleshooting complex end user issues
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of application packaging experience.
- Minimum of 5 years SCCM experience.
- Minimum of 2 years Azure/Intune experience.
Skills Requirements:
Must Have:
- Strong expertise in application packaging.
- Deep knowledge of SCCM deployment and management.
- Experience administering Azure and Intune environments for device and application management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to end-user devices and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
