Role and Responsibilities:

CRM Management

  • Maintain and update EB-5 investor records to ensure compliance and support audit processes.
  • Generate reports from the CRM system for tracking and auditing purposes.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure investor subscription documents adhere to USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) EB-5 program regulations.
  • Implement a structured tracking process to manage onboarding documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of investor communications and documentation.

Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors, providing consistent updates on project progress.
  • Regularly communicate with EB-5 investors, immigration attorneys, and internal investor relations teams to facilitate the processing of investor documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall investor experience and enhance retention.

Process Development

  • Develop and document internal processes, procedures, and best practices for EB-5 onboarding and investor management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in investor relations or EB-5 investment programs.
  • Familiarity with EB-5 program regulations and immigration processes preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple investors and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
