Administrative Assistant - Customer Care Specialist

This position starts part-time with the potential to transition to full-time, allowing you the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home in our Customer Care and Administrative Department.

The MOST Important thing we are looking for are people who have a heart of service and who are motivated and self-driven to help us care for our clients’ needs. Having experience with phone sales and customer care a plus and having some experience in the promotional and branding industry is a Big PLUS but not necessary. What You'll Be Doing:
As our business expands, we need people who can manage the increased order volume seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer care via phone and email in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing customer incoming calls and emails in an efficient and timely manner.
- Effectively manage various administrative tasks, including incoming calls, emails and order processing.
- Responsible for processing and managing invoices and payments.
- Keep record of customer interactions and quoting, outstanding issues, process customer accounts and file documents in our CRM application as required
- Customer Care follow up with outbound calls and follow up emails to our clients.
- Assist with expediting orders, information and sales reporting
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with strong attention to details
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized
- Effective in handling customer escalations through a consistent calm, empathetic and professional approach
- Strong results-orientation
- Ability to think critically, creatively, and problem-solve
- Able to convey knowledge of products to our clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe Programs
- Proficient in CRM
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Availability to work between noon and 7pm EST to accommodate our west coast clients.
