Director, Client Services
The Director, Client Services will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, working alongside a team to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
• Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, ensuring accountability for responsibilities and deliverables.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
• Oversee the development and execution of client projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, coordinating and leading client meetings.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, improve client outcomes, and prepare reports on project performance and client satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and project details.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an agency setting, with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of media
• Strong understanding of DTC programs.
• Experience working with third-party media partners and understanding social media channels.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and other relevant tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, curious, and accountable, with a strong ability to use available resources effectively.
• Familiarity with data and reporting, with a strong analytical mindset.
