BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst for an opportunity in Redmond, WA

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Redmond WA(3D/W)

Duration: 6+ months contract

Typical Day in the Role: ( Local to Seattle WA)

• Years of Experience Required: at least 5 years overall years of experience in the field.

• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Preferred (nice to have) any kind of data center experience, PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, azure certifications

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain, including impact data in their resume, such as specific achievements and measurable outcomes (e.g., "achieved a 2% increase in efficiency").

Indications of continuous learning and professional development.

Military experience, particularly Navy experience, which is valued for understanding the work.

• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality and quantity of work completed, feedback from team, meeting deadlines.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

Program/project management experience. | 5+ years

Kusto (KQL) experience. |5+ years

Organizational communication skills. | 5+ years

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies

• Gathers requirements from business units and functions

• Translates requirements to technical and functional specifications for use by programmers and developers.

• Works with teams to drive business priorities and track completion of work.

• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

• Supports one or more highly complex business processes

• Works on multiple projects as a project team member/coordinator

• Serves as a liaison between the datacenter operational organizations with business counterparts in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
